67 Years of Prison Ministry

Bible-believing Christians should care about prisoners for several reasons, as the Bible emphasizes the importance of compassion, redemption, and justice.

Jesus himself reached out to marginalized and outcast individuals, including prisoners. In Matthew 25:36, Jesus said, "I was in prison, and you came to visit me." Christians seek to follow Jesus' example by ministering to those who are incarcerated, recognizing that their actions toward prisoners reflect their love and devotion to Christ.

Why Prisoners?

God Squad volunteers go where inmates live — they walk the tiers, ministering to individuals and groups in cell blocks and dayrooms, as well as chapels. They deal with live situations. It's the real world
